At That Simple, we develop straightforward digital solutions to tackle the challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses.
What can you expect from That Simple?
Our products are born from real entrepreneurial experience: juggling clients, sales, operations, and decision-making all at once. At some point, every business needs to streamline processes, organize information, and enhance customer service in a digital environment.
For a long time, technology was expensive and complex, designed only for large companies. Today, with advancements in artificial intelligence, we can create simple, powerful, and affordable tools specifically for small businesses, without high costs or large technical teams.

How did That Simple come to be?
Unlike traditional pages that summarize a company’s purpose in one sentence, I want to break that mold and share the story of how That Simple’s purpose was born at home.
It all started with my father. He launched his own business with 55 years old, and over time, it grew.
After six years, he had over 160 active clients, around 350 products produced and sold, and a team of seven.
While it was a healthy business in terms of growth, my father faced a significant issue: the lack of structure and digitalization in his processes, which hindered sustainable scaling.
That’s when I entered the picture.
At 61, my father asked for my help to digitalize and automate his business processes.
With over six years managing digital products for medium to large companies with complex operations, I clearly understood the problems he faced. I knew exactly what needed to be done.
The business was managed with Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and a lot of manual work. This led to data inconsistencies, information loss, and a heavy operational burden. Moreover, everything depended on him; he was the only one who understood the spreadsheets and couldn’t delegate without losing control. He tried to automate part of the process with Excel macros and shared files, but it wasn’t enough.
That’s when I decided to apply all my knowledge in product architecture and design, using new technologies and artificial intelligence, to build a comprehensive platform for managing orders, collections, and inventories, all without relying on any technical development team. I would do it all myself.
In three months, the platform was ready. Thanks to this solution, my father’s business is now 100% digitalized, over 70% automated, and has an AI agent providing key insights for decision-making.
This project not only transformed my father’s business but also transformed me. It made me realize that there’s a much broader universe of possibilities today and reignited my desire to help more entrepreneurs and their small businesses.
And that’s how That Simple was born... and Simple.Order was its first product, created from a real story.
